Jennifer Dunbar, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and founder of Lifespan Parenting, an educational platform helping parents navigate their evolving relationships with their adult children. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, including the past five years working directly with college students and young adults, Jennifer brings a unique perspective on what this transition looks like from both sides. Through the Freshman Year Survival Guide, she helps parents understand what their college student may be experiencing, adjust to their changing role, and stay connected while supporting growing independence.
